Try the Black Manhattan

I'm a big fan of Manhattans but I always make them in tradition with sweet vermouth. I tried the St Agrestis Black Manhattan recently and found it really enjoyable. It substitutes their in house Amaro for the vermouth. Its a distinct taste. I recommend you give it a try.
