Order Process Duration

Orders are processed within 24 hours of being placed, and you will receive an email confirming your order has been received and is in processing.

Delivery Policy

All orders in the New York City boroughs of Brooklyn, Manhattan and Queens are personally delivered to you by our St. Agrestis team. Ahead of us arriving, we will give you a heads up via call and/or text to let you know we are on our way. While most deliveries are slated for Friday, we do occasionally attempt deliveries Monday through Thursday, specifically during holidays. Most deliveries are completed during normal business hours, however at times due to extenuating circumstances we do complete deliveries between the hours of 6:00pm and 9:00pm EST.

Orders placed in Washington D.C and New York State, outside of the New York City boroughs of Brooklyn, Manhattan and Queens, are shipping directly by St. Agrestis via UPS.

Orders placed in AK, AR, AZ, CA, CO, CT, DC, FL, GA, HI, ID, IN, KS, KY, LA, MA, ME, MN, MO, MT, NC, NH, NE, NJ, NM, NV, NY, OH, RI, SC, WI, WY are shipped on our behalf via a third party partner. Our third party partner, Riverhead Spirits Inc, utilizes FedEx for all deliveries.

Because we are delivering alcohol, an individual 21 years or older with proper identification needs to accept and sign for the delivery, otherwise we/UPS/FedEx cannot leave your order. Orders may also be accepted by building doormen, where possible. Refund Policy

Orders delivered with the correct products and a signed courier proof of delivery from the receiver cannot receive refunds. Requests for refunds on orders not yet delivered, or with the incorrect products, can be made to hello@stagrestis.com. Requests for any refund must be made within 14 days of placing an order. Orders may not be returned once delivered.
