Order Process Duration

Orders are processed within 24 hours of being placed, and you will receive an email confirming your order has been received and is in processing.

Delivery Policy

Due to recent changes in NYS Liquor Authority laws as of 6/24/2021, we are no longer able to fulfill complimentary local deliveries.

Orders placed in Washington D.C are shipped directly by St. Agrestis via UPS.

Orders placed in New York City (Brooklyn, Manhattan, Queens, Bronx and Staten Island) and New York State, as well as AZ, CA, CO, CT, DC, DE, FL, GA, IA, ID, IL, IN, LA, MA, NH, NJ, NV, NY, OH, OK, OR, PA, RI, TN, TX, WA, WI are shipped on our behalf via a third party partner. Our third party partner, Riverhead Spirits Inc, utilizes both FedEx, GIO Logistics and UPS for all deliveries.

Because we are delivering alcohol, an individual 21 years or older with proper identification needs to accept and sign for the delivery, otherwise we/UPS/FedEx cannot leave your order. Orders may also be accepted by building doormen, where possible. There is a $30 minimum for all orders placed directly off our website.

Order placed in New York City (Brooklyn, Manhattan, Queens, Bronx and Staten Island) and New York State, as well as AZ, CA, CO, CT, DC, DE, FL, GA, IA, ID, IL, IN, LA, MA, NH, NJ, NV, NY, OH, OK, OR, PA, RI, TN, TX, WA, WI shipped on our behalf via a third party partner have a $15.00 flat rate shipping fee, and handled either by FedEx, GIO Logistics or UPS.

Refund Policy

Orders delivered with the correct products and a signed courier proof of delivery, either from the final recipient, a building official or affiliated courier location, cannot receive refunds. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failure to pickup at affiliated courier location, or for any other reason, a refund for the order minus shipping and processing can be requested and completed. Requests for refunds on orders not yet delivered, or with the incorrect products, can be made to info@stagrestis.com. Requests for any refund must be made within 21 days of placing an order. Orders may not be returned once delivered.
