Order Process Duration

Orders are processed within 24 hours of being placed, and you will receive an email confirming your order has been received and is in processing.

Delivery Policy & Fees

For orders placed directly off of our website, there is a $30.00 minimum for shipped orders and a $45.00 minimum for local delivery orders.

For orders placed in select New York City zip codes within Brooklyn & Manhattan, we currently have a $45.00 order minimum, with free 1-3 day delivery offered.  Orders placed in select zip codes in Brooklyn, Manhattan, Queens, Staten Island, the Bronx, New York State, as well as AZ, CA, CO, CT, DC, DE, FL, GA, IA, ID, IL, IN, LA, MA, NH, NJ, NV, NY, OH, OK, OR, PA, RI, TN, TX, WA, WI and Washington D.C. are shipped on our behalf via a third party partner with a flat rate of $15.00. Our third party partners, Brooklyn Wine Exchange & Riverhead Spirits Inc, utilize FedEx, GIO Logistics and UPS for all deliveries.

Because we are delivering alcohol, an individual 21 years or older with proper identification needs to accept and sign for the delivery, otherwise we/UPS/FedEx cannot leave your order. Orders may also be accepted by building doormen, where possible. Refund Policy

Orders delivered with the correct products and a signed courier proof of delivery, either from the final recipient, a building official or affiliated courier location, cannot receive refunds. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failure to pickup at affiliated courier location, or for any other reason, a refund for the order minus shipping and processing can be requested and completed. Requests for refunds on orders not yet delivered, or with the incorrect products, can be made to info@stagrestis.com. Requests for any refund must be made within 21 days of placing an order. Orders may not be returned once delivered.
