Agroni

A stirred agricole rum Negroni variation, served up in a Nick & Nora glass.

Go to the recipe ↓

The Agroni is a Negroni variation led by aged agricole rum, with Créole Shrubb liqueur, Strucchi Rosso Vermouth and an Italian red bitter liqueur. Difford's Guide adapts it from a 2023 recipe by Adam Gonna at The Beachcomber (House of Agricole) in London. The measures are unequal, and the two smallest are a third and a quarter of a fluid ounce. Measure them accurately rather than rounding them toward equal parts. The finish has two separate steps: express the orange zest over the drink and discard it, then garnish with dark chocolate.
