Black Negroni

Confluence Distilling's stirred, equal-parts drink of Winter Spice Gin, Averna and Becherovka.

Go to the recipe ↓

This Black Negroni comes from Confluence Distilling and uses three named bottles in equal 1 oz measures: the distillery's own Winter Spice Gin, Averna Amaro and Becherovka, which the source labels as clove. The ingredient list has no vermouth and no Campari, so the name does not tell you what to buy. Another gin, amaro or liqueur would give you a different drink, not this published recipe. The one real decision is whether to source these exact bottles.
