French Martini

Vodka, raspberry liqueur and fresh pineapple juice, shaken and finished with lemon oil.

Go to the recipe ↓

The French Martini is a short vodka drink shaken with ice and strained into a chilled cocktail glass. Before you start, get a fresh pineapple. The recipe calls for fresh pineapple juice, so juice the fruit yourself instead of opening a carton. The Bar's Marty-ni Supreme is a bourbon riff on this drink. It uses sweet vermouth and has no pineapple juice, so it is a separate recipe.
