Lost Lake

Paul McGee's house drink at Lost Lake in Chicago.

Go to the recipe ↓

The Lost Lake is Paul McGee's crushed-ice tiki drink. It combines aged Jamaican rum with passion fruit syrup, lime, pineapple, maraschino liqueur and Campari. Imbibe and Punch publish the same measures and the same shake with a cup of crushed ice. The difference comes after the shake. Imbibe strains the drink into a tiki mug and fills it with fresh crushed ice. Punch rolls the whole tin into a Collins glass, then tops it with another cup of crushed ice. Choose by the glass you have and whether you want to use a strainer.
