Negroski
An equal-parts Negroni variation built on vodka, stirred and served over one large cube.
Go to the recipe ↓The Negroski is a three-ingredient stirred drink of Campari, vodka and red vermouth in equal measures. It is stirred with ice in a mixing glass, then strained onto a fresh single large cube in a rocks glass rather than built in the glass or served up. Plan for two kinds of ice: ice for stirring and one large cube for serving.

Garnish Orange twist, oils expressed over the drink; the source says both to rest it on the rim and to drop it in.
- All three ingredients are conventional alcoholic ingredients.
- 30 ml is close to, but not exactly, 1 US fl oz; the parts stay equal whichever unit you use.
