Sparkling Negroni
SodaStream's equal-parts gin, vermouth and Campari with cherry bitters and a sparkling-water top-up, credited to @foodgays.
Go to the recipe ↓This Sparkling Negroni, published by SodaStream Canada with a recipe credit to @foodgays, mixes equal parts gin, vermouth and Campari with cherry bitters, then tops the drink with freshly carbonated water. The recipe is written in parts and names no vermouth style, so decide how large a part is and which vermouth to use before you pour. The 3 dashes of bitters stay the same at any part size, so a smaller part gives the bitters a larger share of the drink.

How it differs from a measured Americano
The Americano is the closest classic relative. The IBA and Campari Academy versions both build equal measures of Campari and red vermouth over ice, then add soda, with no gin. The Sparkling Negroni adds gin as a third equal part plus cherry bitters, and names neither ice nor a glass.
Soda is where the recipes part ways. The IBA adds a splash, and Campari Academy measures 3 oz of soda against 1 oz each of Campari and vermouth. SodaStream says only to top up, so the amount of sparkling water is left to you; neither Americano measure is part of its spec.
