Nuanced notes of Tuscan juniper, southern Italian citrus and florals provide slightly sweet and herbal notes, with a familiar backbone of bitterness Negroni enthusiasts expect. These layered botanicals paired with a touch of carbonation provide a silky mouthfeel that mimics the bite of alcohol.

The St. Agrestis Non-Alcoholic Phony Negroni® is a unique combination of 30 real, raw non-GMO organic botanicals from five continents across the world. While we do not highlight all 30 of these 'natural flavors' to protect our full recipe, these botanicals fall within three core categories: floral, citrus & bitter. The Phony Negroni contains trace amounts of juniper and quinine, but does NOT contain grapefruit, and will never have chemical flavors or artificial colors added.
Unlike many non-alcoholic spirits, wines and beers, the Phony Negroni® is not a spirituous product that is dealcoholized. To produce it, we tapped into over a decade of spirits distillation experience to create a one-of-a-kind, proprietary production process unlike any other that allows us to maintain all of the flavors, aromas, color and mouthfeel of a proper cocktail, sans alcohol.

I immediately bought a sample pack and found that I loved all of the flavors but one! So cool that I can build my own package with my favorite flavors. I recently tried the Limone which is perfect for summer ! When I order the delivery is so fast! I also like that I am accruing points toward future purchases. This is a great tasting refreshing alternative to regular cocktails. Hard to tell the difference. "Ordered a 12 pack of cans and it came relatively promptly. However, the cardboard shipping box is not very sturdy. One of the cans was severely dented, seal broken, and a few ounces had leaked out. So really we got 11 cans. Product is very good. Would be good if the online description made clearer that it’s carbonated, unlike a real Negroni."
