Our first love at St. Agrestis is amaro. As our debut product, St. Agrestis Amaro continues to remain a powerhouse American staple found at countless Michelin-Starred restaurants & cocktail bars across the country today. But our adoration for the classic Italian spirit could not be complete without our non-alcoholic alternative, Amaro Falso.

The counterpart to our beloved spirituous version, Amaro Falso, is made using the 20 herbs, spices, citrus and other botanical ingredients, sans alcohol. Driven by nuanced notes of herbal spice, mint and bitter complexity from gentian root. These layered botanicals paired with a carbonation provide a silky mouthfeel that mimics the bite of alcohol. The result is a refreshingly bittersweet cocktail that’s perfect either as a premeal aperitivo or after dinner digestivo.
