ST. AGRESTIS AMARO


St. Agrestis Amaro was created in 2014 and has evolved into one of the leading American produced Amari. Made differently than most, St. Agrestis Amaro contains twenty herbs, spices, flowers, roots, seeds and citrus that are individually macerated in cane distillate. Individual macerations allow us to taste and smell each herb as we extract so that we can hone in on perfect flavors and aromas, which are accomplished at different rates, depending on the botanical. Once all twenty tinctures are ready, they are blended together and aged in ex-bourbon barrels for sixteen weeks as a method to allow the flavors to integrate with each other while picking up hints of toasted vanilla from the oak. St. Agrestis Amaro is intended to be spice driven, perfectly balanced amaro on its own, but has quite a bit of versatility in cocktails. Driven by cinnamon, clove and allspice at the forefront, St. Agrestis Amaro is marked by unparalleled freshness and intensity. As the spice subsides on the palate, it transitions into a cooling sensation from the spearmint and peppermint. On the finish, green savory notes compliment the nuanced sarsaparilla root – all in perfect harmony.

St. Agrestis Negroni Bottle

ST. AGRESTIS NEGRONI


The St. Agrestis Negroni was born in May of 2018 as the first of its kind ready-to-drink cocktail. A combination of the St. Agrestis Inferno Bitter, house-made Torino style vermouth and Greenhook Ginsmiths American Dry Gin, our Negroni makes for a perfectly balanced, bitter, boozy and refreshing cocktail in the perfect single-serve bottle. Best served over ice with an orange twist, the St. Agrestis Negroni drinks with the same bitterness drinkers of the cocktail expect, but with more layered herbaceousness and freshness.

In the summer of 2020, St. Agrestis also launched a first-of-its kind Negroni Bag-in-Box, providing 20 3oz. bar quality cocktails that stay fresh for up to three months.

Launched in the summer of 2019, the St. Agrestis Spritz brings Italy’s favorite cocktail stateside in new and exciting formats. We saw a lot of Prosecco getting opened and used to make a Spritz or two at home, then going flat and eventually getting dumped down the drain. We decided that there should be no bubbles left behind, combining all the parts into a sleek, single-serve bottle. A combination of the unreleased St. Agrestis Paradiso Aperitivo, Sparkling Italian Wine and Sparkling Water, this is the perfect warm-weather sipper for aperitivo lovers. Designed around the Spritz, the St. Agrestis Paradiso Aperitivo is citrus driven with more layered herbal characteristics, floral notes and a bittersweet finish. With consistency every time, this spritz compliments food perfectly and is the light and refreshing aperitivo found all across Italy, bottled up and ready to drink.

WINTER RELEASE BAG-IN-BOX COCKTAILS


Following the success of the first-of-its kind Negroni Bag-in-Box, St. Agrestis expanded their ready-to-drink cocktail offerings to include a seasonal limited-edition Black Manhattan and Boulevardier, ideal of the fall and winter months.

The Bag-in-Box collection, 1.75L in volume, are made with high-rye bourbon whiskey from select distilleries in Kentucky and Indiana, chosen to perfectly complement St. Agrestis Amaro and Inferno Bitter in the two cocktails.

The St. Agrestis Boulevardier, which can be considered the Negroni's cool weather cousin, utilizes the same balanced combination of St. Agrestis Inferno Bitter and house-made Torino-style vermouth found in the St. Agrestis Negroni, but replaces gin with bourbon.

The St. Agrestis Black Manhattan is a blend of St. Agrestis Amaro and bourbon, perfectly geared towards cooler weather imbibing. The spirit-forward cocktail showcases the warmth of bourbon alongside the seasonal spice and complexity of St. Agrestis Amaro.

Each Bag-in-Box consists of 20 three-ounce, pre-made cocktails, at a proper 24% ABV. Using the same technology as the Negroni Bag-in-Box, there is close to zero oxygen contact once opened, allowing the cocktails to stay fresh in the refrigerator for up to three months.
