Bittersweet with a firm backbone, experiences notes of Tuscan juniper, southern Italian citrus, piney gin‑like notes, and layered herbaceous and floral character reminiscent of a classic alcoholic Negroni.
Light carbonation also adds texture and a bite standing in for alcohol, creating a silky, proper finish.
Phony Negroni® contains trace amounts of juniper and quinine, but does NOT contain grapefruit, and will never have chemical flavors or artificial colors added.
