During the winter of 2024, we found ourselves missing some of our favorite summer flavors. From gelato to salads to seafood to garnishes, we began searching for ways to get Italy's iconic femminello lemons.

A farm in Calabria answered our call, and we hit the limone jackpot.

Carefully sourcing and extracting the peel of these beautifully imperfect lemons, we've developed a recipe that combines this iconic citrus with all of your favorite flavors of the Phony Negroni®. The result is a bittersweet, tart non-alcoholic cocktail that is unique yet familiar, elegant and complex.
